1. Who we are
Positura (“we”, “us”) provides posture coaching apps for iPhone and macOS using compatible earbuds. Our website is positura.fun.
2. v1 — local and private
The current Positura release is fully offline. You do not create an account or sign in. Raw head-motion samples (~25 Hz) are processed on your device and are never uploaded. Daily summaries, session events, and streak data stay on your device (up to 14 days of history).
3. What we do not collect (v1)
- No account, email, or Apple ID from the app
- No posture or motion data sent to our servers
- Raw accelerometer or gyroscope streams from your earbuds
- Location data, contacts, photos, or unrelated device content
4. Website
This marketing site is static. We do not use analytics cookies on positura.fun. Standard web server logs on our host may record IP address, user agent, and requested URL for security and operations.
5. Future features
We may offer optional cloud backup and cross-device sync in a later release. If we do, this policy will be updated before those features ship, and they will remain opt-in. Until then, the app does not use api.positura.fun for core functionality.
